Designed to transform, disrupt and celebrate the existing built environment, the project brought a temporary cultural transformation to Cork’s urban realm inviting the public to view the new artworks at a safe distance as offered by outdoor presentations.

My interdisciplinary practice presents as visual alchemy. In my work I choreograph sets of material relations between image, objects, sound and text. Through an investigation of material processes, my inquiry burrows into the folds and forces that determine our experience of the material world and our relation to it. My recent work is grounded in the activity of painting, developing a vibrant lexicon of imagery that aims to capture an ecological and civic spirit and question ideas of love, survival, the natural and the feminine.
