NSF has an in-house technical support team consisting of working artists with a variety of backgrounds and diverse sets of skills who are available to work with studio holders to help them during the planning and fabrication stages of their projects. Artists who require a greater amount of technical assistance or are engaged in projects which are more physically demanding may, with the consent of the technical manager, employ relevant skilled personnel to work with them during their time in the studio. People employed by artists in this manner must take out membership of the National Sculpture Factory.
